Looking to get into CNC machining or take the next step in your manufacturing career? We're hiring a CNC Drill Press Operator for a growing machine shop. Candidates with CNC experience, drill press experience, machine operating experience, or strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00/hr (based on experience)

Training Schedule (1-3 Months):

• 1st Shift
• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Permanent Schedule:

• 2nd Shift
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Operate CNC drill press equipment to machine metal parts
• Load and unload materials into machines
• Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and job specifications
• Inspect finished parts using measuring and inspection tools
• Verify quality standards are met throughout production
• Use hand and power tools to support production activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work independently after completing training
• Support a variety of machining and manufacturing projects

• CNC machine operation experience preferred
• Drill press, punch press, press brake, machining, or machine operating experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
• Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, automotive, maintenance, or trade experience welcome
• No high school diploma or GED required

This position is located in a clean, organized machine shop with approximately 50 employees. The facility operates in a job shop environment, producing a variety of parts and projects for customers across multiple industries. Employees work with CNC equipment, hand tools, measuring instruments, and other machining equipment in a fast-paced but supportive setting.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
