The middle school assignment includes a co-teaching role in Supported Education, providing instruction alongside general education teachers with a similar caseload.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential/license for Illinois
• Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or significant communication needs preferred
• Ability to manage and deliver individualized instruction programs
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, support staff, and families
• Passion for inclusive education and differentiated teaching

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to foster student progress
