Location: Kennesaw, GA | Payrate: $18.00/hour | Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:30am, plus OT on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC manufacturing industry to hire a dedicated Component Assembler Associate.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Component Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will perform a variety of assembly and production tasks while ensuring quality standards and production schedules are met. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform component and slide-line assembly operations.

• Pull and organize parts for production.

• Assist with silkscreening processes.

• Put stock and materials away in designated locations.

• Complete Post, Test, and Final assembly activities.

• Meet daily production goals and quality standards.

• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs. as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recent manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Basic math skills, including percentages and measurements.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Soldering experience.

• Experience working within a formal quality system or regulated manufacturing environment.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
