Location: Kennesaw, GA | Payrate: $18.00/hour | Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:30am, plus OT on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC manufacturing industry to hire a dedicated Component Assembler Associate.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Component Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will perform a variety of assembly and production tasks while ensuring quality standards and production schedules are met. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform component and slide-line assembly operations.
Pull and organize parts for production.
Assist with silkscreening processes.
Put stock and materials away in designated locations.
Complete Post, Test, and Final assembly activities.
Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs. as needed.
1-3 years of recent manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Basic math skills, including percentages and measurements.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Soldering experience.
Experience working within a formal quality system or regulated manufacturing environment.
High School Diploma or GED required.
