What You’ll Do

• Accurately assemble acoustic components and products following detailed engineering work instructions and production specifications
• Conduct regular quality inspections on parts and finished products to uphold company standards and customer expectations
• Safely operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and production machinery
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready
• Complete required production paperwork and use computer systems to track inventory or production activities
• Collaborate closely with your team to hit daily production goals and schedules

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing or a fast-paced warehouse environment (preferred)
• Strong manual dexterity and comfort using hand tools or RF scanners
• Reliable, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes
• A genuine commitment to safety procedures and guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
