Escalating complex issues to Frontline Paralegals for deeper review
Helping Paralegals gather data, analyze legal/compliance factors, and draft recommended guidance
Maintaining, updating, and organizing Legal Self‐Help readiness resources
Contributing to process improvements and efficient matter‐routing workflows

Summary:
As a General Legal Assistant, you will be accountable to assist the newly formed MCAPS Global Frontline legal team and business teams on commercial legal issues. A special focus is on collecting information from business groups, analyzing which legal and compliance topics might apply, and providing recommended guidance and solutions for the team's review.
• Familiarity with CRM a plus (but not required)
Key work areas:
• Triage incoming commercial legal matters in a shared Frontline workspace to internal resources and functions in company
• Assist and support on routine processes and legal matters
• Escalate complex legal matters to Frontline Paralegals
• Assist Paralegals with collecting information, analyzing and, drafting of recommended guidance/solutions for commercial legal matters
• Keep track and update Legal Self-Help business readiness resources
