Job Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our clients. This bookkeeper accountant will work primarily with our residential real estate clients, keeping the books for many housing associations and apartment buildings.


This role has a 9am-5am schedule and is expected to last 3-4 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly books for 50+ clients from management reports
  • Handle communication with clients if issues or questions arise
  • Check accuracy of reports from copy of paid bills/checks from client

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
  • Accounting degree
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principals
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
