What You’ll Do:

✅ Accounts Payable & Receivable – Keep vendor payments & customer invoices flowing smoothly
✅ QuickBooks Online Management – Maintain accurate financial records & reconciliations
✅ Excel & Google Sheets Mastery – Organize & analyze data like a pro
✅ Budgeting & Financial Planning – Help us make smart financial decisions for growth
✅ Payroll Support – Ensure our hardworking team gets paid accurately & on time
✅ Reporting & Forecasting – Provide insights to keep our business financially strong

What We’re Looking For:

✔Experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, and financial planning
✔Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Sheets
✔Strong attention to detail – You catch the numbers others miss!
✔ Organized & Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
✔ HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required!

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Odessa, TX 79761: Relocate before starting work (Required)
