We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to work directly with the CEO and support the continued growth of our insurance and financial services agency.

What You’ll Do

• Support the CEO and agency team with administrative and organizational needs
• Assist with growth initiatives, including peer acquisition
• Help improve processes, efficiency, and consistency
• Communicate with clients and business partners in a professional, helpful manner
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Look for ways to improve the business—and take the initiative to make things happen
