1st Shift: Monday--Thursday: 5:30am -- 3:00pm & Friday: 5:30am -- Noon
Job Summary: The Operations Leader oversees daily manufacturing work in a specified area, guiding a team to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets by managing area workflows, training staff, monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring schedules and procedures are followed for timely product delivery. Key duties involve leading teams, monitoring KPIs, coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
