We are looking for a year-round, friendly, dependable and organized front desk receptionist to join our team! Our space combines a busy chiropractic office focused on sports medicine, along with a thriving hot yoga and Pilates studio, offering a unique and dynamic environment.

As the first point of contact for patients and clients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while assisting in keeping front desk operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, is an effective communicator, and multi-tasker. Strong candidates will also be able to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Previous experience working in a medical office or similar environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet & welcome patients and studio clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule appointments for both medical services and fitness classes.
• Support patient check-in & check-out, including new patient intakes.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and inventory management.
• Assist patients and staff with insurance questions and processes.
• Balance responsibilities between medical office and fitness studio operations.

Schedule:

• 28-35 hours per week
• General Hours: MTWF 12:00-6:30pm, Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm, schedule varies by day.
