We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Assistant, with secondary Front Desk Reception coverage work to join our vibrant team! In this dual role, your main role will be in marketing, serving as a driving force behind our social media presence for two company brands in Dental and MedSpa. You’ll be crafting engaging content and executing innovative campaigns across multiple platforms. Your enthusiasm for digital marketing and keen eye for analytics will help elevate our brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive measurable results. In addition, as part of the secondary role, you may serve as Front Desk Reception for our MedSpa brand, providing coverage where needed. Your enthusiasm to learn about skincare treatments, and how a MedSpa operates, will also help with your creative and effective reach in your marketing role. Your familiarity in either a Dental office, or a MedSpa will make you a standout candidate! Social Media Marketing Assistant : What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities
- Content Curation: Good content comes backed by research. A key component of this role is to actively research what is trending, and find what is working well in the dental, aesthetics, and health and wellness space across social media. You will collect data and examples and translate them into what works best for our brands. You will bring ideas to the team with rationale - explaining why the idea would work for our brands. - On-Site Content Capture: Be on standby, and ready-to-go, on-site in our offices, to capture high-quality raw photo and video footage of treatments, patient testimonials, before-and-after transformations, and all daily social media content.
- Video Editing & Production: Utilize tools such as Canva and CapCut to script, edit, and produce high-performing short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and some longer-form educational content.
- Multi-Platform Management: Schedule, publish, and optimize daily content across all social media platforms. Understands the differences between various platforms and is familiar with the different algorithm and content formats used by the various platforms. What works for one, does not always work for the other. Ensure all best-practices are followed in accordance with office guidelines, patient HIPAA, and platform-specific regulations and updates.
- Community Engagement: The work does not stop simply when the content is posted. Perhaps more important, is the continued engagement with the audience. We aim to be present, active and responsive across all of our content. Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and online reviews across all platforms in a professional, welcoming, and timely manner.
- Reporting & Organization: Maintain the monthly content calendar and track performance metrics including views, engagement, and inquiries. Create and present Bi-Weekly metrics via using PowerPoint. Growth does not happen by accident. You'll remain interested, invested and attentive in reviewing and tracking how the content performs - so that the data can lead to the intentional planning, and creation of future content.
- Teamwork & Compliance: This role does not operate in isolation. You will work as part of several different teams. Marketing and content require shared stakeholders because it touches on the brand voice, clinical topics, patient and client experiences, and the combined practice's presence and reputation. Work closely and cohesively with all team members and team leaders - ensuring best-practices are always followed for all work, and communication. Ensure all captured patient and client content strictly follows privacy consent forms and compliance guidelines as needed.
