As a Food Server working in a casual dining environment, you will be an essential part of a small team of 1-5 servers, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. Your role focuses on delivering excellent table service during regular evening and weekend shifts, ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience through attentive order taking, timely food delivery, and effective complaint resolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and take customer orders accurately
- Deliver food promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge to assist guests
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in food service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Effective time management and attention to detail
