The Food Server plays a vital role in delivering an excellent dining experience by efficiently managing orders, serving food, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate customer orders and convey them to the kitchen promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and courteously
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
- Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean dining environment
- Assist guests with menu selections and upsell specials
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and dining spaces
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in food service
