We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our small team of 1-3 people. Reporting directly to the Owner/CEO, this role requires regular office presence and proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions accurately and timely
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency
- Manage invoices, including billing and collections
- Track expenses and categorize financial data
- Prepare routine financial reports for management review
- Reconcile accounts to resolve discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in bookkeeping
- High school diploma or equivalent
- QuickBooks certification preferred
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Sage accounting software
