$32–$42/hour | Full-Time | Year-Round Work

You don't cut corners.

You solve problems instead of creating them.

Customers trust you because you communicate well, show up prepared, and take pride in your work.

If that sounds like you, we'd like to talk.

TruBlue of Denver West is looking for a skilled Lead Home Repair Technician to help us build the most trusted home services company in the Denver metro area.

This is not an entry-level handyman position. We're looking for an experienced professional who can work independently, represent our company with confidence, and consistently deliver high-quality craftsmanship.

We know great technicians have options.

Our goal is simple: build the kind of company where experienced professionals are respected, supported, and proud of the work they do.

When you work here, you're backed by an office that handles scheduling, customer communication, estimating, invoicing, and project coordination—so you can focus on delivering exceptional work instead of chasing paperwork.

We're a locally owned business backed by a nationally recognized franchise with more than 150 locations across the country. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, professionalism, reliability, and treating customers the right way.

You'll perform a wide variety of residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects while helping set the standard for quality across our team.

Projects include:

• Bathroom and kitchen repairs and remodeling
• Drywall repair, patching, texture, and paint preparation
• Interior and exterior carpentry
• Deck repairs and framing
• Door and trim installation
• Flooring installation and repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs within scope
• Senior home safety modifications
• General home repairs and maintenance

You'll also:

• Complete projects with exceptional craftsmanship
• Diagnose problems and recommend practical solutions
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work safely and efficiently
• Help mentor and support other technicians when needed
• Represent TruBlue professionally on every job

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and cares about doing things the right way.

You should have:

• 5+ years of residential construction, remodeling, handyman, or home repair experience
• Strong carpentry and general repair skills
• Experience with drywall repairs and finishing
• Experience installing doors, trim, flooring, and fixtures
• Ability to troubleshoot problems independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable transportation
• A complete set of professional hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Leadership or crew lead experience is a plus but not required.

• $32–$42 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, year-round work
• Monday-Friday schedule (occasional overtime available)
• Health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days
• Flexible scheduling when possible
• Company apparel
• Strong office support—you focus on the work, we handle the logistics
• A professional team that values craftsmanship and respect
• Opportunities to grow as our company continues to expand

We believe skilled tradespeople deserve to be treated like professionals.

That means:

• Honest communication
• Organized scheduling
• Real office support
• Quality customers
• Consistent work
• Respect for your experience
• Opportunities to grow with the company

We aren't looking for someone who simply checks boxes.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build a company known throughout the Denver metro area for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

If you're proud of your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a team that values professionalism and integrity, we'd love to meet you.
