Inkspire Graphix is a growing screen printing and embroidery company looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with computers, keeping things organized, and being part of a fast-paced production environment. No printing-industry experience is required—we are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Enter and maintain customer orders and job information
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare paperwork and production documents
• Enter data into company systems and spreadsheets
• Organize files, paperwork, and customer information
• Help keep orders moving smoothly between the office and production team
• Print labels, work orders, and other necessary documents
• Assist with basic office tasks and administrative duties
• Communicate with team members regarding order details and updates
• Help identify missing or incorrect information before an order goes into production
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Good computer and typing skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or similar programs
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous office, data entry, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
