Good Ol' Boys Construction is growing, and we're looking to add a dependable, hardworking Laborer to our Deck, Fence & Porch Crew.

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of physical work, can follow direction, takes pride in what they build, and wants to be part of a growing construction company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with building wood and composite decks

• Assist with fence installation

• Assist with covered porches and exterior carpentry

• Install deck and porch railings

• Dig and prepare post holes and footings

• Carry, stage, measure, and cut lumber and other materials

• Assist with framing and structural components

• Safely use basic hand and power tools

• Load and unload tools and materials

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

• Follow direction from the Crew Leader and work as part of a team

What We're Looking For:

• Deck, fence, framing, or general carpentry experience is preferred

• Basic knowledge of construction and hand/power tools is a plus

• Must be dependable and show up on time and ready to work

• Must have reliable transportation

• Basic hand tools required

• Must be physically capable of performing construction labor

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Must be willing to learn and take direction

• Must care about quality and doing the job right

• Must be able to pass a drug test

Pay is based on experience and ability.

We're not looking for someone who just wants to show up and collect a paycheck. We're looking for someone who wants to work hard, learn the trade, improve their skills, and grow with the company.
