In this role, you will be responsible for the physical movement and storage of components and finished goods into, within, and out of the kitting area. You will ensure efficient organization and kitting of incoming parts from the Fabrication Department and operate multiple types of forklifts, both inside and outside. Additionally, you will follow established procedures and maintain cleanliness of parts as needed.

• Move kit carts/fixtures into the Weld Department.

• 6+ months of parts pulling experience

• 1+ year in a 'Kitter' or Parts Specialist position (preferred)
• 1+ year of material handling (preferred)
• 1+ year in a production setting with experience/knowledge in fabrication (preferred)

The work hours are Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, within a team size of 25-35 people. The role requires wearing steel-toed boots, which you must bring, while protective eyewear and gloves are provided. The culture is very team-oriented, with everyone willing to help and contribute as needed. You should be able to wear multiple hats and float between departments.

This is a Contract position based out of Windom, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
