FULL-TIME POSITION

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and motivated Warehouse Assistant Supervisor / Technician to join our growing operation in Staten Island.

This is a varied role combining warehouse supervision, practical repair/maintenance work and day-to-day operational support. We need someone who can take responsibility, work with their hands and help keep the warehouse running efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with supervising the day-to-day warehouse operation

• Help organise staff, workloads and daily jobs

• Carry out repairs, maintenance and general technician duties

• Inspect equipment and identify faults or damage

• Ensure repairs and jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

• Keep records of repairs and completed work

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager with daily operations

• Help train and support other team members when required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Good practical/mechanical ability

• Previous warehouse, maintenance or technician experience preferred

• Supervisory or team-leader experience is an advantage

• Comfortable using tools and carrying out hands-on repairs

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Someone who takes pride in getting the job done properly

PAY & BENEFITS

• $24 per hour starting pay
