Job Title: Production TechnicianJob DescriptionThis role focuses on supporting a regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment by accurately handling inventory, packaging, and shipping of products while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and documentation. Production Technicians contribute directly to the quality and reliability of products used in allergy diagnostics and immunotherapy.
Responsibilities- Accurately count and verify incoming merchandise and materials.
- Record product and inventory data in digital inventory systems with a high level of precision.
- Match physical stock with digital records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Package products according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare shipments and perform shipping and receiving tasks in accordance with labeling and documentation requirements.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they are undamaged, correctly labeled, and properly dated.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with labeling standards at all stages of production and packaging.
- Maintain accuracy in documentation, including inventory records, shipment preparation, and production logs.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all tasks.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a cleanroom and laboratory environment.
- Support general labor and production line activities, including assembly and packing.
- Troubleshoot basic production and packaging issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in a manufacturing setting to meet production goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow, issues, and process improvements.
- Contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on precision, safety, and innovation.
Essential Skills- Experience with general labor and production line work.
- Ability to perform packaging, shipping, and receiving tasks accurately.
- Knowledge of inventory and inventory management practices.
- Strong attention to detail in counting, labeling, and documentation.
- Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in a production or laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Comfort working in warehouse, laboratory, and cleanroom environments.

Work EnvironmentProduction Technicians work on a 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm shift, Monday through Friday, in a highly regulated manufacturing and laboratory setting. The environment follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with a strong emphasis on precision, safety, and cleanliness. Work takes place in warehouse, production, laboratory, and cleanroom areas, and team members spend most of their time standing while performing production line, assembly, packing, inventory, and cleaning tasks. The culture is mission-driven and focused on supporting allergy diagnostics and immunotherapy through careful, high-quality manufacturing processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.40 - $18.40/hr.
