Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk

Location: Tucker, GA
Pay: $17–$20+ per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Sunday–Friday, 6:00 AM–approximately 1:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently hiring a Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk for a busy fish processing and packaging facility in Tucker, GA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support and assist with customer inquiries
• Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems
• Process orders, paperwork, and other administrative documentation
• Answer phones and communicate with customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data is entered correctly
• Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
• Work closely with the production and operations teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Previous customer service, data entry, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance
• Must be available to work Sundays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food processing/packaging environment
