Position Summary
The Human Resource Administrator will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational administrative support to ensure seamless, compliant, and consistent adherence to Human Resource Related items for the Company’s under the Corporate structure. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The Human Resource Administrator will report to the Human Resource Business Partner of the Company.
Principal Duties
1. Support internal and external Human Resource (HR) related requests and inquiries as directed.
2. Produce reports, prepare documents, take minutes during meetings, and assist with ad hoc HR projects and assignments as needed.
3. Maintain digital and physical records, update HR databases, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Support onboarding tasks such as drafting offer letters, coordinating onboarding orientation schedules, performing system overviews, etc.
5. Support in full cycle recruitment activities as needed. This includes but is not limited to posting open positions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer reviews, etc.
6. Support implementation and monitoring of HR policies, conduct compliance checks, and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal procedures for all entities.
7. Assist in payroll and benefit items such as payroll review, assisting employees with inquiries relating to payroll, compensation, benefit eligibility, benefit overviews, etc.
8. Support with organizing and facilitating HR related training and engagement events.
9. Work with HRBP to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and employee support through all entities.
10. Other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge
1. Knowledge of current Federal & State Employee Regulations.
2. Knowledge of existing Federal EEO laws, and similar compliance requirements.
Skills
1. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Working knowledge of Payroll platforms and processing.
3. Must be fluent in English, Spanish preferred.
