A Construction Laborer supports various tasks on construction sites by assisting skilled trades workers, managing materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Working primarily within large teams, the laborer reports directly to the Foreman and plays a crucial role in ensuring project efficiency and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the construction site
- Load and unload building materials
- Assist skilled trade workers as directed
- Follow instructions from supervisors and the Foreman
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in construction
- Valid driver's license
- Physical stamina for demanding tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
