Our client is looking for an Executive Legal Assistant for direct hire positions in Pleasantville, NJ.
Open to a hybrid schedule after training period.
Hours are M-F 9am-5pm (Onsite) 37.5 hour/week
Pay is $30-40/hr DOE
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years prior Legal Assistant experience at an Executive level, strongly preferred.
- Must be experienced in Commercial Corporate & Tax Law
- Experience with NetDocs, a plus
