LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a well-established law firm who is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys and leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide executive-level administrative support to attorneys and firm leadership.
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and reports.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and legal documentation.
- Maintain and organize confidential client files and legal records.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with billing, expense reports, and time entry.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and special projects as needed.
- Monitor and prioritize multiple deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of legal administrative, legal assistant, or executive assistant experience within a law firm required.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal documentation.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience supporting attorneys or firm leadership.
- Familiarity with legal practice management or document management systems.
- Experience with litigation, corporate law, estate planning, or other legal practice areas is a plus.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
