What You’ll Do:
As an Arcade Crew Member, you’ll be the face of our arcade—ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering top-notch service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily arcade operations and ensuring all safety rules are followed.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and reporting issues with arcade equipment and games.
• Keeping the arcade clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assisting guests with game cards, explaining how our system works.
• Selling game credits and merchandise with a friendly attitude.
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong communication skills.
