Working closely with the Director of Operations, this position balances office responsibilities with site visits and leverages specialized estimating software to ensure precise and competitive project proposals. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for civil projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs and project analyses from construction drawings
• Review project plans and coordinate with vendors for procurement details
• Manage budget considerations and perform risk assessments
• Generate clear and concise reports for internal and client use
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
• Utilize specialized estimating software to enhance accuracy
• Conduct occasional site visits to support estimation accuracy
