Maintenance Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community in the Phoenix area.

Requirements

• Prior multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to complete work orders efficiently
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation as needed

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment and common-area work orders
• Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
• Complete apartment make-readies
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe community
• Respond to maintenance emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of completed work
• Assist the maintenance team with daily property needs

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on maintenance professional with strong troubleshooting skills who takes pride in their work. HVAC experience is highly preferred.
