We are hiring a reliable Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting apartment communities throughout the North County and San Diego area. This role involves performing general building maintenance, repairs, and service requests, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and property upkeep tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartment communities.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related maintenance tasks.
• Inspect buildings and equipment to identify issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Complete work orders and document services performed.

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.
• Reliable transportation (own vehicle required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
