We are seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing product and service information and selling contracts to customers, along with providing a plan-of-action for the installers to follow.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-person estimates
• Perform online and over-the-phone estimates
• Provide information about the products and services
• Convert estimates to approved sales through follow-up calls
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Draft summarized plan of action for approved estimates
• Expand our customer base through new interactions and referrals

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Must have prior experience with electrical work
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
