Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials while supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, pays close attention to safety, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, or cherry picker forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Stack, store, and organize pallets in designated locations.
• Pick and stage orders for shipping.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
