Job Title: Forklift OperatorJob DescriptionThis role supports a state-of-the-art volumetric modular construction facility by safely operating forklifts and performing hands-on production tasks in an automated factory environment. You will help move materials, support construction and general labor activities, and work closely with a team that is transforming how buildings are constructed through automation and robotics.
Responsibilities- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials, components, and finished products throughout the factory.
- Support general labor and construction activities within the modular production environment, including material handling and basic assembly tasks.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools to assist with construction and production operations as needed.
- Read and interpret tape measurements accurately down to 1/16" to ensure precise cutting, placement, and assembly of materials.
- Follow established production processes, instructions, and standard operating procedures to maintain a stable production flow and high factory up-time.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and strategies that enhance performance, efficiency, and quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic production or equipment issues, and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following safety guidelines and housekeeping standards.
- Demonstrate consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability to support continuous production operations.
- Promote and uphold company values in day-to-day work, contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented culture.
- Adapt to working in different departments or stations within the factory as assigned during or after the interview process.
- Perform physically active tasks such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting materials weighing 50+ pounds on a regular basis.

- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools in a construction, production, or manufacturing environment.

- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting 50+ pounds regularly.
