About the Opportunity

A well-established refrigerated food manufacturing facility in Bethlehem, PA is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their team on a permanent direct hire basis. This is a hands-on role supporting production equipment and building systems in a GMP and HACCP regulated environment. Two openings available.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $38.91/hr
• Schedule: 2/2/3 rotating night shift, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

What You Will Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical systems from 24V to 480V, 3-phase
• Diagnose and repair PLC controlled equipment and control systems
• Maintain mechanical systems including motors, drives, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Monitor and maintain building systems including boiler and water softener
• Document work orders and maintenance activities in SAP
• Operate within GMP and HACCP food safety standards

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Electrical experience from 24V to 480V, 3-phase
• PLC troubleshooting experience, ladder logic familiarity
• Mechanical systems experience, motors, drives, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings
• Availability for a 2/2/3 rotating night shift

Preferred

• Food or beverage manufacturing background
• GMP and HACCP familiarity
• SAP or CMMS experience
• Welding experience
• Boiler or utility systems experience
