What You'll Do
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every candidate who wants to join the Home Run Inn team. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) guiding applicants through the hiring process while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll also play an important role in helping teammates feel connected through onboarding, recognition, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
No two days look exactly the same, and that's part of the fun.
You'll Spend Your Time
Creating an amazing candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews across our restaurants, manufacturing facilities, and corporate teams
- Be the go-to contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Keep communication timely, organized, and welcoming
- Partner with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, and sourcing efforts
Helping new teammates hit the ground running
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements
- Schedule orientations and onboarding activities
- Occasionally facilitate new hire orientation
- Help create an outstanding first-day and first-week experience
Keeping recruiting running smoothly
- Maintain candidate records in Paylocity and our recruiting systems
- Track hiring progress and recruiting metrics
- Keep recruiting materials and processes organized and up to date
- Look for ways to make our hiring process even better
Supporting our culture
- Help coordinate employee appreciation events and recognition programs
- Assist with employee communications
- Support engagement initiatives that make Home Run Inn a great place to work

What You'll Bring
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience using HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity is a plus)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
