Shop Coordinator

DS Home Services is a growing multi-trade home service company serving the Hudson Valley since 2006. We provide electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and generator services, and we’re committed to building a strong team that supports both our customers and our technicians.

We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and hands-on Shop & Fleet Coordinator to help keep our shop, materials, and vehicles running efficiently.

This role is critical to the daily success of our field teams.

Pay

$19–$25 per hour, based on experience and organizational ability.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and maintain shop materials and equipment
• Stage materials and equipment for upcoming installs
• Receive and check in deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Coordinate fleet maintenance using our vehicle software (Azuga)
• Schedule vehicle service and inspections
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and efficient
• Run parts to job sites when needed
• Assist with general shop and operations tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and basic software
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift and move equipment and materials
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Experience with inventory, warehouse, or fleet coordination is a plus, but not required.
