Now Hiring: Hydraulic Technician

We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Hydraulic Technician to join our shop. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose, disassemble, rebuild, and test industrial, construction, and agricultural hydraulic cylinders.

Key Responsibilities

• Teardown & Rebuild: Disassemble, inspect, reassemble, and test various types of hydraulic cylinders.
• Precision Inspection: Measure components and select correct seal configurations to ensure quality rebuilds.
• Shop Operations: Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move heavy inventory; keep your workspace clean and safe.
• Team Support: Assist across other areas of the hydraulic shop as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background with a solid understanding of cylinder components.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools (must have own tools).
• Experience with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) and inspecting seal configurations.
• Ability to routinely lift 25–75 lbs and work on your feet for up to 8 hours.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience.
