Dynamic Heating, Cooling & Geothermal is hiring an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential installations throughout Connecticut.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can run a job independently, lead a crew, solve problems, and deliver clean, professional installations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, boilers, ductwork and geothermal systems
• Lead and train installers and apprentices
• Confirm equipment, materials and tools before leaving the shop
• Perform proper startup, testing and commissioning
• Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
• Maintain clean, organized and professional jobsites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Complete required job photos and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Connecticut HVAC license
• 3+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
• Strong residential installation experience
• Ability to lead a crew independently
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Knowledge of airflow, refrigerant piping, electrical and low-voltage wiring
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Dependable, organized and detail-oriented
• Takes ownership and does not cut corners
