Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, motivated HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering top-tier service to our customers.

You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and optimizing residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces)
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
• Communicate clearly with customers and educate them on system performance and options
• Provide repair and replacement recommendations with integrity
• Maintain accurate service records using company software
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local codes
• Uphold a clean, professional appearance and job site
• Work as part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in doing things right

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Desire to learn, grow, and improve every day
