**What You Will Contribute**
This role provides an opportunity to lead key Treasury Operations activities supporting the Treasury Operations leadership. The Treasury Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily cash management, funds transfer operations, correspondent bank account administration, and liquidity-related operational processes to ensure the Bank meets its financial obligations in a timely, accurate, and controlled manner.
The Manager will lead a team responsible for daily Treasury Operations activities, including funds transfers, cash positioning, bank account administration, payment processing, reconciliation support, and issue resolution with internal and external business partners. The role will also drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies while maintaining a strong control environment.
In addition, the Manager will support Treasury technology initiatives, including enhancements to existing systems and participation in future Treasury Management System implementations.
The Manager serves as a first line of defense leader within Treasury Operations and is responsible for ensuring procedures, controls, and documentation are maintained and executed effectively. The role requires close collaboration within Treasury and cross-functionally with Accounting, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology, and external banking partners to support Treasury activities within established policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
This role can be located in our Salt Lake City, UT office or our Sterling, VA office. Our Sterling, VA office has a planned move to Arlington, VA in Fall 2026.

**What You Have**
**Minimum Education,** **Skills** **and Experience Required**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
+ 5-10 years of Treasury Operations, cash management, banking operations, or related financial services experience.
+ 2+ years of people leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
+ Experience with cash positioning, wire transfers, bank account management, payment operations, and operational controls.
+ Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and governance practices.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience utilizing financial systems, general ledger platforms, databases, and reporting tools.
