Directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in the assigned center. Accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Allocate time to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Allocate remainder of time to leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. Lead care teams. Engage with transitional care team and other resources for patients unable to come to the office. Lead Super Huddle (SH) and Transforming Care Meeting (TCM) weekly. Partner with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to drive financial performance and increase center membership.
