Directly supervise, performance manage, and train Clinical Directors within the assigned market.
Accountable for center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture.
Allocate time to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties.
Focus on leadership responsibilities, including Clinical Director performance, engagement, and building clinical-operations synergy and culture.
Oversee and facilitate talent development of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors.
Cultivate a center-level physician culture aligned with ChenMed core model.
Assist Clinical COE in training new practitioners.
Participate in recruiting and interviewing PCP and specialist candidates.
Establish and support relationships with payers, specialists, community, and hospitals.
Monitor and support overall market culture.
Review and approve center-level referrals.
