Directly supervises, performance manages and trains Clinical Directors within assigned market. Accountable for center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture. Accountable for overall clinical outcomes of assigned market. Allocates time to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Manages, mentors and coaches Medical Directors to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. Oversees and facilitates talent development of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors. Cultivates a center-level physician culture aligned with ChenMed core model. Assists Clinical COE in training new practitioners. Participates in recruiting and interviewing PCP and specialist candidates. Partners with Clinical COE and Talent Acquisition to support clinical talent lifecycle. Establishes and supports relationships with payers, specialists, community, and hospitals. Monitors and supports overall market culture. Reviews/approves center-level referrals and provides back-up for market referral and delegated utilization authorizations.
