Construction Accounting Clerk
Philadelphia PA
Liberty Personnel is working with a well-established construction client looking to add a Construction Accounting Clerk to their team.
Responsibilities include processing mail, invoicing for projects in construction and using Excel & accounting software.
- Process supplier and subcontractor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Communicate invoice changes to venders
- Perform data entry of invoices into the accounting system
- Ensure proper documents are in place for suppliers and subcontractors
- Track payments to subcontractors and suppliers
- Research and troubleshoot invoicing and payment issues
- Process credit card statements for payment
