RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all accounting practices follow legal guidelines and GAAP standards.
• Maintain internal controls and procedures across the organization.
• Prepare 13-week rolling balance sheet, forecast, and real time analysis.
• Manage multiple company, multiple state accounting practices and monthly consolidation of financial statements.
• Ensure all financial statements and reports are prepared accurately, according to period deadline.
• Create individual company, consolidated financial statements, and reports for executive leadership.
• Develop long-term plans and budgets for each functional area of the business.
• Monitor organizational operating budget and cash flow.
• Analyze, identify, and report variances.
• Forecast potential revenue.
• Establish operational metrics and internal system of accountability.
• Develop accounting and finance staff members.
• Maintain real time market industry knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Accounting or Finance Degree - Required
• 5 or more years of experience within accounting leadership - Required
• Master of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Degree - Preferred
• Sage Intaact software proficiency - Preferred
