We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team. Salary Range: $70-80,000 annually.
What You'll Do:
• Manage bi-weekly payroll cycles, including the submission of manual or off-cycle payrolls and the transmission of payroll information to key stakeholders.
• Audit and store pre and post-payroll reports, researching and rectifying issues or errors for a time-efficient payroll submission.
• Review and approve all types of employment changes. Collaborate with the HR team to rectify workflow accuracy issues.
• Oversee the input of supplemental payroll such as garnishments, loans, or levies.
• Participate in and manage relevant audits in collaboration with auditors and the finance team.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all payroll transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal payroll, wage, and hour laws and maintain industry best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of employee benefits administration such as eligibility monitoring, staff education and processing of enrollments and mid-year changes.
• Manage all aspects of employee leave management by providing necessary support and educating staff on the leave process.
• Manage and implement annual open enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal laws for all benefits practices, leading necessary regulations/requirements changes.

An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of benefits administration and 3-5 years of full-cycle payroll processing. ADP experience is preferred, but not required. Intermediate MS Excel knowledge (including the use of pivot tables and vlookups) are required for this position.
