LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Noblesville, Indiana.
Responsibilities
Post cash receipt transactions, billing and performing bank reconciliations
Match and process high volume invoices; route invoices to management for approval
Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and manage vendor accounts
Perform weekly check run and issue checks weekly
Timely and accurate completion of month-end close, sales tax, 1099 data and month-end accruals
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or related field
A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
Previous experience working in Meta Viewer, Great Plains, Workday, MS Excel
Employment Type: Contract to Hire, Full Time
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay Details: $20 - $23/hr
