Blazerjobs is currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join a reputable school district in Manassas, VA for the 2024-2025 school year. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in providing speech and language services to students across a diverse K-12 caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
