Position Overview: As a Virtual Intervention Specialist with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to provide individualized support and interventions to students in Ohio from the comfort of your own home. This contract position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule and the autonomy to design customized interventions to meet each student's unique needs. By utilizing teletherapy platforms, you'll engage students in meaningful sessions while making a positive impact on their academic progress and overall well-being. Location: Remote (Ohio-based)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to identify students' academic strengths and areas of need.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Provide direct intervention services to students through teletherapy platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of student goals and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress monitoring data, and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Ohio state license or certification as an Intervention Specialist.
• Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
• Strong understanding of educational interventions and strategies to support students with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
