Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
• Provide virtual instruction and support to students through synchronous and asynchronous learning platforms.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educational professionals to support student learning and development.
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and maintain accurate records.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings, professional development, and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
• Active Ohio Special Education Teaching License/certification
• Comfortable using technology for instruction and communication
• Must be able to pass technical screening
• Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099)

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching in a remote or virtual setting.
• Familiarity with assistive technology and educational software applications.
