LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our top clients looking to fill a Accounts Payable Specialist for the corporate office located in Oakland, CA. The job is 100% in-office! You should have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable. You will be responsible for handling the AP process, reviewing invoices for accuracy and match appropriately with purchase order or receiver, code invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, code and reconcile expense reports, manage AP payment forecast weekly, verify AP invoices are accurate and have the proper authorization, and assist with other duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications should include:
- Strong Accounts Payable experience required
- Software experience with MIP would be preferred
- Industry experience with non-profit preferred
- Solid general accounting experience would be nice to have
- Attention to detail, proactive, and organized
- Team player, helpful, and excellent communications
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree would be a plus
Experience: 3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
